With own private lounge and bathroom, and shared kitchen/diner, study, garden & conservatory spaces. Wifi and Freeview TV plus parking available next to house. Less than a mile from local village amenities, and 3 major supermarkets (2 miles). Ideal location for an Exeter based stay or as a base to explore Devon, Dartmoor and the coast.
I have a very friendly border terrier who shares the home with me, so the room would really be suitable for dog friendly, non-smokers.
Both the coast and Dartmoor are just on our doorstep, and Exeter itself has a lovely quayside area with numerous bars and restaurants and water based activities.
