Large double bedroom to rent in a home with one other occupant. The house is situated a 5 minute walk from RD&E. It has plenty of on street permit parking and is a dead end so no through traffic.

There is a small garden at the back and shed for bikes. The kitchen has been newly refurbished with a breakfast bar, plenty of storage and a breakfast bar. There is a open plan living room/sitting room.

I’m a 25 year old paramedic who is sociable and outdoorsy looking for a house mate to live with. Would consider small pets or a Monday-Friday equivalent rents as well.

The upstairs room available has a double bed, 2 wardrobes, chest of draws, desk and arm chair. I can pop up some shelves if required.
