I have just bought my first flat and I am looking for a lodger. You’ll get a spacious double room that currently partly furnished, but I can buy more furniture before you move in if you need it. Yours is bedroom 1 on the floor plan.

The leasehold on the building technically says no smoking but I’m choosing to ignore that because it’s my flat ;) It also says no pets but I’m planning on getting a house cat so you’d need to not be allergic.

I’m a very social person who likes to have friends round and throw parties but I also love vegging out and watching Netflix. I’m happy for you to be the same, or for you to be a total recluse, as long as you’re cool with my lifestyle!
