Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this property. My university modules have gone online, so it's cheaper for me to move back home.

This is a double room with ensuite available in Richmond Court, near St Davids station. 5 minute walk to city centre, 15 minute walk to university campus. Lovely group of 3 other guys in their final year/masters as housemates.

Kitchen is really nice, garden out the back, and the house includes a living room with a projector to watch movies. The mattress on the bed is also memory foam.

Property doesn't include bills, which at the moment are looking at about £50pp a month. On a water meter so this could go down.
