We have one double room, i. e., furnished room, available from the date mentioned, i. e. 1/09/22. It is a cosy, light attractive with Large old style windows, shelves and soft grey carpet. We have one bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and a spare toilet downstairs. A separate large storage room for clothes and any items you can see in the photos it’s like another small room basically.

It is a fully furnished and fully equipped house & kitchen. Housemate - Prashant is a PhD academic professional, Helen manages domestic abuse services in Devon and Giulia is a PhD Scholar at Exeter University. We are tidy, easy going, welcoming and happy people who love cooking.
The kitchen includes a washing machine with dryer, fridge-freezer, dish washer, oven, table and fire place. The spacious lounge room has a giant TV and Sofa.

The location - the university, train stations, bus stations, good pubs, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Quay, Gyms and high street/city centre all are not more than 10 minutes walk.
There is a garage in which you can park your cycle and motorcycles.
