My name is Sarah, I am a live-in landlord, 32 year old, that enjoys many activities and works quite a bit of overtime so I will rarely be in the house, mostly just to sleep. I live with my boyfriend Mike and the other tenants are Swarnim and Devon. We need to rent out the rooms to cover the rent and bills. I'm very laid back, looking for similar people to share the house with. We are all mature professionals. It’s social but fairly quiet compared with student accommodation, for example!

Included with the rent and bills - We provide tea, coffee, biscuits, washing up liquid, washing powder/fabric softener, toilet roll for tenants to use so you don't have to buy these yourselves.

The household cleaning is also managed by us so no cleaning rota is in place for tenants - we just ask that you keep on top of your own dishes/ tidying after use etc.

We are social people and would rather be friends with the people we live, have them feel at home, rather than just exist in the same house. We organise a house social once a month (BBQ in the back garden, takeaway, meal out etc), but at the same time we can respect peoples space and the need for peace sometimes!

A parking permit is available for £30 per year if required.
