We are looking for a new housemate, and have a cosy single bedroom up for offer. The house has a nicely sized kitchen, living/dining room and garden, with three bedrooms and one shared bathroom.

We are close to Heavitree high street/ the R, D&E and St Lukes Campus, around a 20 minute walk from town; with both bus stops and Pinhoe train station close by for further commuting options. There is also on-street parking available. The neighbours are friendly and approachable, and the neighbourhood itself is very calm.

Of the two current housemates (myself included) one of us works between the arts and education sector, while the other is in marketing. We are both very relaxed, creative (and slightly nerdy) people who enjoy a quiet night in with a game or film and are looking for someone with similar interests to join the fun.

Rent includes water, gas, council tax and internet. The electric cost is shared between housemates (£20 every third week). The room comes furnished with a bed, desk with chair, and wardrobe.
