Looking for a cozy room to stay a few days a week? We have a lovely double room to rent 3-5 days a week, perfect for some one looking to stay part time. This is ideal for commuters to Exeter, working in the area occasionally or if you need a flexible living arrangement.

The flat is 5mins walk to Heavitree shops, 2mins to bus stop, 5mins to RD&E and 30mins walk to city centre. Comes with free parking.

Happy to rent out for shorter duration for £50 a night too. Short term lets (1-2 weeks) considered on case to case basis.

All prices to be discussed and agreed upon as it depends on the number of days.

You'll be sharing the flat with a married couple who are quiet, clean and friendly.
We foster cats and dogs occasionally, so might not be suitable for people with allergies.

Many thanks.
