Hello everyone, looking for one more person to join us from March 2025 (or later), until end of July 2025.

One of our housemates was an exchange student who left in January, so we are hoping to replace her. We are currently a group of 8 (3 girls/5 guys) in a 9-bed property. Despite having so many rooms, the house is spacious as it is set over 4 floors, with multiple kitchens, bathrooms, and 2 lounges. Located on Heavitree Road, very close to St Luke’s and Waitrose and approximately half an hour walk to Streatham. The rent is ~£450 per month / £110 per week, and bills amount to £65 per month.

5 of us are final year students (studying a mix of subjects at Streatham Campus) and 3 are recent graduates who are working. We’re looking ideally for a considerate, reasonably tidy person (undergrad, postgrad or professional) and hoping to make it a friendly, sociable household while respecting everyone’s need for quiet and privacy. To keep the gender balance, we would prefer a girl, but that’s not essential. Some of us know each other well but others are relatively new, and there is quite a range of interests, ages (21-30) and personalities from more to less outgoing, so it should be easy to fit in. Some in the house are vegans / vegetarians but we have no preference either way.
