Cosy and quite top floor apartment. Very spacious rooms, with very good natural light. Intercom system by front door. Plenty of kitchen cupboard and fridge/freezer space (Landlord just upgraded fridge space at property). No direct parking spaces outside front of property, but parking spaces outside the courtyard are available and bookable. The landlord has also just replaced the sofa, to a much larger reclining sofa. The Bathroom is huge, and therefore have plenty of space to dry clothes

I am Irish/German, born in Dublin but raised in Kilkenny. I am an open-minded, respectful and laid-back person, who enjoys nature walks, all of the animals, and adventures with friends and also cosy nights-in. Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I also enjoy cooking and baking (or mainly just the food afterwards hah). Music is my passion, but technology/engineering became my profession. Chilling and watching movies, playing board games, video games, or guitar, producing music, learning about new research in space and sciences, and just having a good laugh with friends are my favourite ways to pass time. I am also a smoker.
I care deeply about people's wellbeing, and after a high-octane teens/20s I seek peace and good times as my highest priority. I am currently finishing recovery from surgery (with high-cardio and conditioning training currently), so I am a home-body, but am in and out of the house constantly

Looking for someone who is kind and respectful to share the property with me over the next few months. I will probably be moving in the summer, so the opportunity to take-on the apartment afterwards is there (to fill with your friends or anyone you like). I am a light sleeper, and would love to find someone who respects each others space/sleep
