The room for rent is a first floor double bedroom which is fully furnished (I will not remove the furniture and store for tennant to use own). New mattress on the bed. For the rent of £470PCM which is all inclusive you will have the double bedroom and use of the first floor bathroom which you will only share if I have a guest to stay which is rare (I have my own en-suite). Use of your own fridge in the kitchen and own cupboard space. Share lounge and dinning room etc with owner. There is a Digital TV point in the room and the house has wifi (superfast fibre broadband) which I am happy for you to use. I am looking for a professional person who works normal office hours as that is the hours that I work. Although shift workers welcome. There is plenty of on road parking outside the premises as the road is wide and it is not a permit area. The house is also super warm with full central heating and double glazing.
Must be ok with animals as on occasion my Mum comes to stay with her 2 cocker spaniels for a weekend, she hasn’t stayed for 12 months so doubtful. There is a large back garden with decked area for outside use. I am a social person and very friendly. Enjoy cooking and entertaining. Please phone or contact by email.
