Please note I am in the process of selling my house- which won’t be completed until end of January. Therefore rental will be for December and January only. I am a live in landlord (living on my own) and will be in the house maybe 50% of the time.

I have a lovely room in my two bed house to rent. It is a good size with a small double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with blackout curtains.

The house itself has an open plan living-dining room with separate kitchen and conservatory. There is a convenient large upstairs bathroom. There is a pretty outside courtyard. My street is a short walk to local shops, Exeter centre and train stations etc.

I've got 100Mbps fibre optic virgin media Internet & TV. The rent includes all bills- council tax, water, internet, TV licence, and Virgin TiVo. The gas & electricity is capped to avoid excessive amounts.
