Self-contained top floor double room, with views of Haldon Hill. King size bed, seating area, an area with a fridge, kettle, toaster and a combination microwave oven. There is no access to the main house kitchen. The adjacent, private bathroom, on the top floor, is fitted with a bath that has a shower attachment (not suitable to use as a stand up shower).
This room would suit a mature person and/or is self contained and you don't want to cook much. It has worked well in the past, for someone that works in Exeter but their main home is elsewhere. Ideally, we are looking for a long let.

The washing machine is available to be used. My husband and I live here, along with our youngest son. We live a 20 minute walk from the town. I work at the local Primary School and my husband works at the Medical School.
