We have a small double room (3.5m x 2.5m) available March 1st 2023. We're easy-going professionals who like to keep a clean, tidy house so we have somewhere comfortable to chill after work.

**Note: the landlord is adamant that the house is no-smoking, and has just rejected a potential housemate for that reason. Non-smokers only!**

We have a small courtyard garden with a lean-to for bikes. All car parking is on-street and residents-only so if you're a motorist be prepared to compete with students for parking spaces during term time.

The house is situated mid-way between the Streatham and St Luke's campuses so is ideal for Uni folks, it's a 15-minute walk from the High Street and 20 from the RD&E.

Rent is £300/month payable to the landlord, bills are around £360/month shared between the housemates so they get more expensive when there are fewer than four of us.

Note: when we've met a suitable housemate we'll pass their details to the landlord whose reference checks can take up to a month, so factor that into your timing.
