Situated in Exeter city centre, with easy access to the train and bus stations, and 20 minutes walk from campus.

You must be a student to apply!

There are 6 other people in the flat, all undergraduate students. There is a shared kitchen/lounge area with 3 fridges/fridge freezers, and 2 shared bathrooms with showers.

The room is clean and a good size, with desk and shelf space. There's also a really good view of Northernhay gardens!

You'll need to pay my remaining rent installments (£1,951.60 on 18th January 2021 and £975.80 on 26th April 2021), although I'm sure Unite Students would consider an alternative arrangement for payments if you'd rather pay in smaller amounts or in one installment. The checkout date is 27th June 2021.

I don't have my own photos (and am not in Exeter at the moment) so I've attached photographs from the site for the room type I'm in (classic non-ensuite). The wallpaper is a different colour but the basic layout is similar. You can find the website by looking up Unite Students, Northernhay Place
