The house has a spacious open-plan sitting room with patio doors leading to the back garden. The kitchen has all modern appliances including, dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave with plenty of extra fridge and freezer space.

The present tenants are all easy-going active professionals who keep the place very clean and tidy.

Even though this is a 4 bedroom house, I'll only ever rent 3 of the rooms as I think its nice to have more space and a spare room for your guests that may want to visit.
