The room offered is in a great position to University, both rail stations, the River Exe great for walking and jogging and Exeter High St amenities.
My lovely Norwegian student is leaving after being here for 2 years
The room is a double with a 4ft bed, table and chairs, chest of drawers, plenty of hanging clothes space and is on the ground floor. Nicely decorated and quite a new bed. Although I live on the property and I have my own separate apartment and do not use any of your facilities. i very rarely see the housemates as we all just get on with our own lives.
The kitchen which has a great view, is shared with 2 other people and the bathroom is shared. Kitchen has cooker, microwave fridge freezer storage cupboards. A professional cleaner comes in regularly to clean the kitchen and bathroom, stairs. Electric, gas, water, council taxes and wifi are included in the rent.. Also has a full fire system. The house is a quiet house, great for studying, I have had many mature students studying for M. A. the house has professional people in, it seems to work quite well as many stay for long period of time. e The person I am looking for would be a chilled person, respecting each other that live in the house. This is not a party house.
