On a main bus route into City Centre (or 15 minute stroll to the High Street) and Met Office. Waitrose supermarket is nearby. Use of shared shower room & WC. Extra downstairs WC.
It is a fully furnished and fully equipped house centrally heated.
Kitchen is bright and cheerful with the usual facilities: modern oven, microwave, Samsung fridge freezer but no dish washer. It has a washing machine and tumble drier. Kitchen door leads out onto attractive enclosed Mediterranean style courtyard garden.

Street parking is available but a residents permit is required at a cost of £30 per year.

The bedroom is situated at the back of the house and is quiet. The double bed has a Hypnos mattress. TV and DVD player can be provided in room if required. Photograph of room shows it currently furnished. Ornaments, books etc could be cleared. Space for a desk could be provided if necessary.

I work full time, a clean and tidy person but certainly not OCD, taking great pride in my home and enjoy living in it but would hope a potential housemate would treat it respectfully. I’m a very friendly personable chap with a good sense of humour who appreciates movies, theatre, music, photography, entertaining and socialising.
