Hi,

I'm looking for a lodger for the split double room in my two bed flat, A split double room means that the room has a partition stud wall in it. On one side of the partition is a desk and wardrobe, and the other side a single bed.

The flat already has everything i. e. washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils and pans, cutlery and crockery, kettle, microwave, ironing board, iron etc so in the interest of managing limited space, I am looking for a person who can move in without bringing much of their own belongings with them.

The flat is in a lovely quiet area, about 20 to 25 minutes walk from either Streatham or St Lukes campus. It also has a garden, an allocated parking space as well as ample parking on the street.

My main priority is to find someone who is honest, trustworthy, quiet and responsible.

Happy to arrange viewings, and to answer any questions including move in date.

Will consider a student or a working professional.
Will consider short term (i month stay) and open to discussions for longer (a 6 month stay).
