Rent for October is paid, so the sooner you move in, the better (you don't have to pay it back). All bills are included. Deposit is payed too.

Two store house is fully furnished and spacious, especially the living room. There is a washing machine, as well as a dryer and several fridges. The bathroom (with a bathtub, big mirror, and even bigger window) and another toilet are on the ground floor, away from any bedrooms.

The room has a double bed, plenty of natural lighting, and a walk-in closet, aside from several cupboards and a worktable for studying.

The backdoor leads to a garden.

The only reason for letting go of my tenancy is the global pandemic preventing me from living there myself.

The property is managed by a letting agency so you would be signing a contract with them specifically, but please don't hesitate to ask for their contact details once you decide to take the room. All the rent and all the other money will therefore go to the agency. I am just interested in giving up my tenancy agreement to someone else.
