Hi,
I've been living at 30 Broadway since September and am looking for someone to take my place on January the 1st. Both the Landlord and the tenants are really friendly, the only reason I want to move out is because my self and my partner are looking into getting a house for just the two of us.

The house is lovely, with a brand new refurbished kitchen with a big American style fridge freezer, 2 showers, and two toilets. The tenants are friendly and sociable.
The room available is a double room with 2 ceiling windows overlooking the rear garden, a massive desk, a double bed, a wardrobe and a set of drawers. The bills usually bring it to around £280 per month.
The location is ideal, short walk to campus and an even shorter walk to the local Weatherspoon's! plenty of parking outside, I drive all the time and have never had any issues with parking.
The house runs on 100% renewable energy, and has a nice garden out the back with plenty of flowerbeds if you want to grow your own crops/flowers.

There are potentially 2 attic rooms available, let me know if you have a friend that would like to move in with you.
