Looking for someone to replace my tenancy as urgently as possible. I will leave in January time and the tenancy is till July however the tenancy can be extended simply by rebooking. Lovely flatmates two guys and three girls, two are first years and two are third years so leaving soon. Less than a minute walk to South Wales uni and five mins walk away from town center! As I’ve already paid the first instalment, you would only pay around three grand for tenancy agreement as it was £5,472 but I’ve paid some of it already. Kitchen and living area is super nice and my room also has a decent view, on the 13th floor. Never any noise complaints as roommates are strict about partying during covid!
