Double room available in Finnieston from the 5th of August. It’s a top floor flat in a good location for many pubs and restaurants which includes a really good vegan place on the same street. The nightlife is very good, but it gets quiet at around midnight which means it’s easy to sleep. The flat is between 10 and 20 minutes walk from Glasgow university depending on what part of campus you are going to. It takes around 30 minutes to walk into the city, but there is the subway (15 minutes walk), railway station (5 minute walk) and plenty of bus stops which can take you to anywhere in the city in under 30 minutes. There is free off street parking at the rear of the flats. I have a washer dryer in the kitchen which makes life a little easier. Two bathrooms in the flat means that we will each have our own shower to use which has made living here extremely hassle free. The flat is also really easy to keep clean as it is not that big.

My name is Jonathan, i’m a 26 year old student originally from the Glasgow area. I study geology at the University of Glasgow and am in 3rd year. I enjoy football, movies, eating out and going to the local pubs in the area. I am the owner of the flat and wish to rent out my spare room to a fellow student. I’m quite easy going and easy to live with but i also try make sure the flat is perfect for anyone who wants to live in it.
