Hi, I am looking for someone to replace my current flatmate.

The room (a double bedroom) is available right now.

You would be sharing the flat with a 27 years old Masters student at the University of Glasgow.

The rent for the room is £380 with ALL bills included (gas, electricity, fast broadband, council tax etc.)

The flat is about 15 min walk from Glasgow Uni, less than 5 min walk from a 24-hour Tesco Extra, and 5 min walk from JD Gym Maryhill.
