Hi there, we are a 29 yo male finance worker and a 24 yo female customer advisor with a lovely spaceious room on offer. We are seeking a female flatmate that will fit in and could socialise with around working hours.

The flat is really spacious and bright, and on the ground floor. We have our own front door and windows towards the garden and a church, with plenty of hall space for bikes.

We have two bathrooms, one with a toilet and a huge bath. The other bathroom has a shower and a three-person sauna (working!). The washing machine does not double as a dryer, but the kitchen has a large ceiling clothes horse, that is perfect for drying a full load of washing.

We have a big kitchen, perfect if you love cooking - this was our landlord's family home previously, and his main occupation is as a chef (therefore, cooking appliances are brilliant!).

Our living room is really spacious and a great communal area for socialising as a house and with friends, with sofas and coffee tables.

There is also a mezzanine space for guests in the hallway (above).


The lease is 6 months (minimum) and thereafter the contract will be rolling. The room will be available from the 1st March, and you will be renting from the landlord directly (Tony), who is extremely helpful and approachable.

The rent for the remaining room is £410 per month and is one of the largest rooms. The room comes with a very large double bed, with a chest of drawers and a clothes rail.

Previous tenants calculated bills at around £60 per month each (including our wifi deal) when split between 3 tenants.

The flat is located 10 minute walk from Byres Road / 20 minutes from Botanic Gardens / 7 minutes from Hyndland Train Station / 5 minutes from Great Western Road / with Sainsbury's Local just around the corner and many small independent coffee shops and a very good pizza takeaway a few doors down.
