Hi! I am looking for a flatmate to replace me since I am moving out due to the end of the academic year.

It is a double room situated in a popular street full of restaurants and shops, with Sainsbury's right below the flat, Lidl and Tesco less than 5 minutes away. It is very handy for the University of Glasgow (5 min walk), the Botanic Gardens and Kelvingroove Park. Kevinhall Subway station is less than a minute walk.

The room includes a king-size bed, a shower along with a sink, two drawers, a large wall-wardrobe with sliding mirrors and a desk. There is plenty of space to store anything!

The apartment itself has a shared kitchen and bathroom, a storage room but no living room. The pavement and all the windows have been recently replaced.

The bills are around 50/60 pounds pcm and include gas, electricity and broadband.

As for my flatmates, they are amazing people who love to socialize and have a chill time together. They enjoy cooking, watching movies or just talking when we are all in.
