We are a non-smoking, vegan only flatshare. Our flat is a bright, modern, newish building in the west end close to shops, Kelvinbridge Subway, Botanic Gardens , Great Western Road, Byres Road, UoG, Strathclyde and Cali universities, city centre and the M8.

The building has a lift and a private walled garden. There is ample street parking available. It may be possible to rent a private, secure, covered car parking space with electronic key fob access, if required.

A double room has come available at £500 per month including all bills (Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Fibre Broadband, Cleaning communal areas, Lift maintenance and garden maintenance). The room has a double bed, bedside cabinet, writing desk with chair and built in mirrored wardrobes. The views are to the walled garden.
