This year, the flat has been completely refurbished and redecorated to a very high standard with new paintwork throughout, and new flooring in all bedrooms, hallways and stairs. It offers comfortable living for four students who like a high standard of accommodation.
Four double bedrooms, one of the bedrooms comes with an en-suite (private bathroom). Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, clothes washer and dryer.

Walking distance to several supermarkets eg Tesco, Sainsburys and 'Roots and Fruits', an organic shop and Deli, catering well to vegans. Rent includes factor fees but not telephone, television, fuel or council tax. There are no agents' fees, key money or any other hidden extras. Payment of rent is monthly in advance. Deposit of one month's rent is held with an escrow company.
Please note that the rent quoted is an average over the expected rental period. Actual rent is weighted towards the first month. This is simply to take in to account periods of higher demand, overall rent across the year remains the same.
