Beautiful double bedroom in the West end available from September.

The flat itself is gorgeous! The common area (my favorite part about the flat tbh) has a big window, a fireplace, lots of space and purple walls just like in Monica’s apartment (if you know, you know). The windows face a beautiful public garden and there’s a little private garden on the property.

The room is very spacious, cozy and bright. There’s a desk and loooots of closet space
It’s 550£/month without bills (but the bills are quite cheap because we’re using an alternative energy provider - it’s about 35£/ month during summer and 60£/month during winter for the whole flat between 2 tenants).

The flat is in the West End (2 minutes away from Hillhead station). It’s very close to Glasgow Uni and it’ll take you about 15 minutes to get to the city center. The area is lovely with a little park right across the house and the Botanical Gardens 3 minutes away.

The location is perfect in all regards - there’s shops, cafes, bars, etc everywhere in the area and it’s 3 minutes away from the Great Western road (arguably the street with the greatest concentration of cool places in Glasgow). But! The flat is hidden on a little quiet street away from all the noise and night life.

You will only have me as a roommate. And, in all honestly, I think I’m a great one :) I like to have chill movie&wine nights (we don’t have a tv but we have a projector!) and like to have friends over every once in a while for dinners and drinks. But I also like some peace and quiet and am very respectful of people’s space. I’m vegan and I’ll introduce you to some vegan Russian dishes. I also love to dance - there’s a great dance school 2 min away from the flat, so I’d love it if you wanted to join me for a class😊
