We are 2 girls looking for 2 female student flat mates, to share our lovely and bright West End flat with in Woodlands! The flat is located a few minutes walk from St. Georges Cross subway & is beside lots of bus routes. It is just off of Great Wester Road beside plenty of bars, restaurants and shops, and is a 10-15 min walk to Glasgow Uni. Rent will be about £450/month plus bills. We are both architecture students at Strathclyde Uni, I’m 22 and Beth is 25, we love to cook (and are quite partial to a glass of wine) and are both sociable and easy going. The landlord wants us to move in asap but the flat is still in the process of getting re-decorated, so it'll be ready early-mid October. It's a bright 4 bed second floor flat, with a shared kitchen, bathroom & 2 large storage cupboards. There is no living room as it has been converted into one of the bedrooms, however the kitchen has a dining space and the entrance hall is spacious enough to fit a wee couch/sitting area. We are looking for someone to move in asap, if you have any questions just give us a message! As the flat is in the process of being re-decorated we currently don't have any pictures, however we can send you a video of the flat on request (it will look a mess right now as it’s not complete) 🙂
