Hi, we’re looking for a new flatmate to take over a room in our 3 bedroom flat, with rent being £416 pcm.

The room is a large double room, with plenty storage, a wardrobe and a double bed. The flat has a large living room, a bathroom with a bath and shower, a dining room and kitchen. It is situated near Glasgow University, the botanic gardens and only a few minutes walk to Byres Road.

We’re looking for someone who we can get along with, likes to hang out and cook, have a few drinks and generally tidy. Heather and I are both currently students. Due to circumstances, we can do online viewings through FaceTime etc if you are interested.

We are looking for someone to move in by 1st of March, possibly earlier. Looking forward to hearing from you!
