We are two professional guys aged 34 and 35, looking for a new housemate to join us in our friendly flat share in a nice, well maintained flat just off Byres Road. The flat is a traditional tenement. It is on the first floor, has gas central heating and gets plenty of day light.

The bedroom is 11 by 11 feet with high ceiling and is double glazed. It comes furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, an armchair and a bookcase. You will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with us. There is no living room in the flat. We are looking for someone who can move in long term. We are clean, tidy, friendly and easy going and respectful of each other's privacy and ideally we are hoping to find someone who is the same.

The room will be available from around 24th August. Rent is £400 per month and is paid in advance. Council tax contribution will not be necessary. Bills are £10 per month for internet and between £20 and £45 for gas and electricity per person pcm, depending on the season, paid monthly.
