Hi! I’m looking for a student flat mate. The rent is £500 per month (including bills). The flat is next to Partick station and it’s really easy to get to Glasgow Uni and other universities. Would prefer a vegetarian/vegan flat mate - or someone who is happy to not cook meat in the flat.

You would have your own room, furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and chair. And access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The bedroom is at the back of the flat and is very quiet. Although the bathroom is shared, you would have main use of it as I have an en-suite. The bathroom has a bath and shower.

The flat is in a great location, in a really quiet street but just round the corner from Partick train and subway station, as well as all the buses that go along Dumbarton Road. Also 2 mins away from the cycle route that runs into Glasgow city centre. Lots of great shopping nearby, close to many supermarkets.

The flat is on the first floor and has:
- Free parking space for residents

- WiFi and super fast broadband
- Tv with various streaming services
- Kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.
- Double glazed windows and laminate floors
