Hello! I have a double room with en-suite bathroom available in my flat from February 9th.
The flat is located in Glasgow Harbour Terraces on the River Clyde, there are two double rooms (both en-suite so you will have your private bathroom) and a balcony. The flat is on the 7th floor and the living room has a full window so you can enjoy the view on the River Clyde.
There are two lifts, free parking space in the street and a concierge service.
The flat is 8 minutes walking from Partick Subway and train station, and 15 mins walking to Byres Road. Supermarkets, pubs and the library are a few minutes walk. There is also a petrol station across the road if you drive, and easy access to the motorway.

The room has a new double bed and mattress. The living room and balcony are shared, there is a 50’ tv with Netflix, high speed broadband Hyperoptic is included. We aren’t smokers but you can smoke on the balcony if you wish. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, toaster and a barista coffee machine. The is also a washing machine and a dish washer.

The room would ideally suit a foreign student looking for a clean and safe place, within walking distance from Glasgow Uni, or a PhD student looking for a calm space to focus on research.

I’m a 33 year old nurse and I work for the NHS. I’m relocating for work for one year so you will share the flat with my boyfriend David who’s 35 and works full time for uni. I will stay over when I have days off and come to Glasgow :) David likes to relax after work, make dinner and watch tv shows. Also, he’s out most of the day and away on some weekends so you will have plenty of private time.
I’m looking for someone who enjoys a peaceful environment and is friendly and polite.
The area is lovely, there is a nice walk along the river and you can jog or exercise outside. The closest pub is Thornwood, only 5mins away.

The rent is £650 per month, short term lets are welcome. The deposit is £500 and it will be refunded when you leave the flat if there are no major issues (smaller deposit for shorter stays can be discussed). Bills included.

PLEASE NOTE due to high number of responses I can only get back to a few people. Viewings are available both face to face and online. Due to my work arrangements, the viewings will be held either by me or David.
