Hi I am Vicky. I am a 5th year dental student at UofG and looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate has recently graduated.

I am clean/tidy so would ideally be looking for someone of the same mind set. I will have a lot of uni in my final year so would prefer a quieter flatmate, however I would love to have a great relationship with my future flatmate, and I am always up for doing things together. If you are into hiking that is always a bonus ⛰.

The flat is located at Charing Cross near the Mitchel library its about 20/25 mins walk from Glasgow/ Strath uni. The location is great as its in between the west end and city centre. Its 2 bed 2 bath so you will have your own bathroom which has a separate bath and shower . It is a spacious double room with loads of light and a built in wardrobe. There is a living room and kitchen with a dishwasher. The rent is £570 per month plus bills (wifi is included). The deposit is £700 with a UK Guarantor. No parking available :(
Minimum stay is 12 months no short term lets sorry.
No online viewings, as I really want to meet the person I am going to be living with before moving in.
