Hello everyone,

I'm subletting my room for a 3-month period from November 3- February while I travel Central America.

The flat:

The flat is in a great location for getting to the university, City Centre and exploring what the West End has to offer. St George's Cross subway is basically underneath the flat and there are always regular buses passing. The flat is really homely and quiet despite being on a busy street with plenty shops, bars and restaurants.

The room:

I will be emptying the room of all my stuff so you will have plenty storage i. e. wardrobe, bookcase, drawers, desk and double bed. I will leave my plants if you will water them!

Flatmates:

We are all professionals in our 30s; Beth is from Scotland and Jenny from Barcelona. Beth works away a lot and Jenny may work from home from time to time so we are happy to come and go but like to spend time cooking and eating together, watching movies and going out for the odd pint.

I will be gone for 3 months between Nov- Feb and would love someone to take the room for the duration who gets on well with the girls and looks after the space. Rent, bills and council tax are £500 a month and I will be requesting 2 months upfront.
