Hello lovely people,

We are Ira and Jim and we are looking for a person to rent this cosy room in our vintage flat.

***This room is available for a short term period (3 months - from the 18th of December until the 31st of March )
The rent is 400 pounds (bills included - electricity, gas, internet and council tax).

I am a graduate psychologist and Jim is a chemist and we live and work in Glasgow (for the moment being). We are quiet people, who work a lot. We like to cook, watching movies and go to the pub every since and then. We are kind, friendly and tidy people and we are happy to share our home with a person with the same values :)
Our place is close to Kelvingrove Park - Kelvingrove art gallery and museum (a must see, 5 min walk), Glasgow Botanic Gardens (a must see 10 min walk), where you can do family-friendly activities like a picnic. It is also next the University of Glasgow - the Hunterian museum and art gallery (a must see, 5 min walk), nightlife, public transport (kelvinbridge subway station), it is also close to the city centre (20 min walk) and close to supermarkets (waitrose, cooperative, Tesco, Lidl).
