The bedroom is big high-ceilinged and includes a comfortable double bed, large and full wardrobe set, desk and chair, bookshelves, and a breath-taking view of rooftops and hills. In addition to the bedroom is a smaller second bedroom that can be used as an office (there is no closet space available) or for additional storage for the subtenant. Flat has excellent and very fast WIFI.

This is NOT a flat share. You will be renting the entire flat and be responsible for the full rent amount/month, every month for the duration of your subtenancy.

You will have this entire beautiful, enjoyable flat to yourself.

The flat resides on a pretty and peaceful residential street, a five-minute walk to U. Glasgow. It is situated within easy walking distance of best cafes in city, the West End's Botanical Gardens and Kelvingrove Park. Shopping is easily accessible on two main high streets (Byres Road and
Great Western Road). Kelvinbridge and Hillhead are a 7 min walk, thus allowing for quick access to the City Centre.

Flat is available as a sublet starting on August 30, 2022 but an earlier move-in date may be requested.

At this time, the flat is available to be rented starting end of August 30, 2022 or 1st of September 2022 with a move out date in November 2022, in May or June 2022.

It is unlikely the flat will be available for the entire 2022-2023 Academic year but I will work with my subtenant to determine the move out date/month that best suites us both.

As this is a quiet street and building and a very well maintained flat, preference will be given to serious full-time postgraduate students, visiting scholars and professionals.

The flat is suitable for single occupants and couples (where both are full-time students). Preference will be given to full-time student single occupants.

International Students are welcome.

For single occupants:
1480 GBP/month (all inclusive), plus deposit

For double occupants:
1550 GBP/month (all inclusive), plus deposit

Council Tax (which is determined by the Council and paid directly to the Council) is not included in price.

Full Time Students are Exempt from Council Tax.
