The rooms are fresh and bright with a double bed, a small double and a single, Ikea wardrobe, Ikea drawers and desk. There is plenty of on street parking and a handy spar just down the street. Also the gym, Morrison’s, Lidl and Costa all within a short walk. Good access to busses and two train stations. (Kelvindale is about 3 mins and Anniesland under 10 walk)

Flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen and tv/lounge area and garden space out back used sometimes in the summer.

I'm a self employed graphic designer and am looking to rent one room more longer term, and the other shorter term, to keep it available for when I am here, or to keep that option open and have some flexibility. Would obviously involve any tenant or roommate in this process.
