Hi there
We are two mature science students looking for a third (mid 20's to 30's) to join us in our west end abode. The flat is partially furnished, with all necessities. We're located in Woodlands, near to the Subway, Glasgow University and 5 mins from city centre.
We keep a clean, tidy home and would love to share the space with someone who also takes pride in their environment.
About the room: It is spacious and quiet, oriented towards the back garden and is isolated from the other rooms. The wallpapers are outdated, but you are free to make it look more to your taste. Scott and I (Rémy) would gladly help with this. We are currently enquiring about painting the walls anyway.
Bills are about £30 to £50 a month per person all in, but that's excluding council tax. Please get in touch for more info, we'd be happy to answer any queries.
