Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in my flatshare.

There are currently two other people living in the flat, both of them are students in their mid-twenties. The flat is usually quiet, but both flatmates are friendly and up for a chat. You'd have a room facing away from the main road, so it is nice and quiet. The kitchen is shared among the three people, but the bathroom is only shared with one other person.

The flat is in a very good location for Uni of Glasgow students as the campus is only a 10 minute walk away. There is a subway station right next to the flat, and plenty of bus connections.

Council tax is applicable if you are not a student. All other applicants are students, so you would have to pay for this yourself, with a 25% discount.
