Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate to move in around the 15/09/24, however the dates are flexible. The flat is located in the West end of Glasgow and also close to the city centre. It is a 15 minute walk to both the University of Glasgow, GSA and Glasgow Caledonian.
I am 22 years old and looking for someone who I can get along with. I spend most of my time reading, painting, exercising and watching films as well as sometimes going to the pub, so ideally we can be friends too!
The flat has a very cosy feeling and is more than spacious enough for two people. It has a washing machine/dryer, a shared living room and a lovely bath. Your bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.
Females preferred but males possibly accepted.
Bills not included but average around £50 per month.
Council tax band C but students exempt.
