Hello everyone!

I am looking for a flatmate to join me in a beautiful sandstone tenement, located in in the leafy West-End district of Hyndland, within walking distance from the University of Glasgow.

The room is currently unfurnished, so you would be free to decorate it however you like. The flat features large rooms with period features, in addition to a newly-renovated kitchen. There is also a large communal garden at the rear!

The rent will be £698 per month, and we will additionally share the cost of bills. For council tax purposes, I am primarily looking for a student. Given its proximity, this flat would particularly suit those attending the University of Glasgow, which is only a twenty-minute walk away!

About your flatmate:

I am a young Arts Industry Professional, about to start a PhD in Musicology at the University of Glasgow, researching manuscripts by Franco-Guadeloupean composer Chevalier de Saint-Georges.

Born in Hong Kong, I grew up in a cosmopolitan setting - with Nigerian, Filipino, and Irish origins. I have also been lucky to live in several houseshares before, most recently in Paris, where I worked with the British Council as an English Language Assistant.
