I am looking for a flatmate in a 2 bedroom flat, kitchen is separate from living room, 2 minutes from kinning park subway, the flat gets a lot of natural sunlight, with a view into a park.

There are 2 large storage cupboards in the hallway and the room itself has a build-in wardrobe with floor-length mirrors.

547.5£ per month per person, bills+wifi around 70£ depending on energy usage. The council tax band is D, but as student I do not pay it. The flat was originally unfurnished but we furnished it ourselves so new furniture could be brought in too, additionally furniture from the room can be removed.

The room is available from 1st Nov.

I'm 3rd year zoologist at the UofG and queer so I'd prefer someone around 21 or older and queer(friendly).

I am a slav. I like to keep the flat clean. I am also a big nerd about ecology and evolution. I work with fish and I love them.

I like to have friends over and do film or game nights, I would prefer someone who is sober as I don't do any substances.
