Need someone ASAP
Room for student available in city centre.
Our flatmate has left and we need someone to take over his tennancy, its £500 a month each right now but since it will be a new contract it might go up a little (hopefully not too much). Also, the bills aren't too bad (~ £30 a month).
The move in date would as soon as possible, basically as soon as we can sort out the contract and everything. We would want someone from now until June at least.
Currently it's three male students ages 20-21 and so ideally would want someone else within this sort of bracket (or close to it).
It's on the west side of the city centre so a good location for both University of Glasgow and University of Strathclyde as well as for any shops/pubs/bars in the city centre.
The flat itself has two showers, one toilet, a large kitchen/dining space and a large living room.
