The flat is fifteen minutes walk from the University, with easy access to shops on Byres Road and Dumbarton Road. Five minutes walk to Kelvin Hall subway station in one direction and five minutes walk to Partick bus and train station in the other. Close by are large Morrisons and Lidl supermarkets.
Students only for council tax reasons. I'm a second-year Physics student at the University, fairly quiet and tidy, so I would be looking for someone similar.
