A beautiful maisonette just 10 minutes from the botanical gardens, 25 from the university and 5 from a huge Tesco's. Walk along the Kevinway towards the west end.
Two spacious rooms with lots of storage and double beds. Open plan bottom floor with with living room kitchen and hall all connected. The living room leads out onto a balcony overlooking the west end. The EPC rating is a C which means bills are low and the house stays warm. I've lived here 5 years and during that time we never put the heating on once and were always toasty.
The shower has good pressure and the white goods are newly fitted. double glazing on all window fittings and well insulated walls.
I've just finished university and will keep a small room in the house but will live and work full time in inverness. This house was perfect for me and my housemates during our time as students.
