Hey! I moved into this gorgeous house in July, and I absolutely love it. So bright, spacious and close to local amenities. It’s a lovely route to walk into town, and really has a homely feel rather than feeling like a student house. It’s a ten minute walk to Dumbarton road, and if you continue along you can turn off to Byres road.

You’ll be sharing with myself and Eva. We are both currently students. I attend Rcs doing acting and Eva UofG doing psychology. We are both laid back and are looking for someone who’s easy to live with and enjoys the house as much as we do. We enjoy a film night and cooking for each other.

Bedroom 2: £565 per month. Wood floors and floor-to-ceiling mirrors and a built-in wardrobe. South facing windows.

Three bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs, downstairs we have a kitchen and a large shared living room with gorgeous windows that catch the sun. There's an outdoor patio and the flat is above some shops/ restaurants. The area is quiet and a 10-15 minute walk from a train station. There are also bus stops 4min and 10min walk away that go to both the UofG and central Glasgow.

I'm happy for both students/non-students to move in- the flat is council tax band b and bills over the past year have averaged to about a total of £120 a month (about £40 each) If you are a non student, your council tax would be reduced as we both are studying.
