Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over the lease from my flatmate who's leaving around the 15th of January.
The flat is a freshly refurbed (6 months) ground floor tenement flat in the West End;

- Flat is a couple minutes walk from Hyndland train station for easy commuting to city centre
- 15 minute walk from UoG main campus
- 10 minute walk from large supermarkets and a retail park
- parking available on the street through permits
- very nice and quiet

Really is a lovely flat. Nice shared living space, lovely bathroom with a rain shower, freshly refurbished kitchen with new fridge/washing machine. Lots of storage space available including a basement area below the flat.

The room available is a lovely double bed room with fresh carpets and paint, a nice new double bed with a new mattress, 2 wardrobes and a couple bedside cabinets.

About me:
- 28 y. o. student at Glasgow Dental School, currently 4th year, easy going and friendly, chatty individual. I'm very sociable so having a sociable flatmate would be really nice. Anything else you want to know about me, feel free to ask!

Ideally you'd be:
Similar age group, sociable, clean and tidy individual. Though I get along with just about anyone really. Students and professionals both welcome.

Rent is 650 a month, utilities not included but they are pretty cheap (currently we pay around £110 shared in utilities a month incl broadband). Council tax is 180 a month but currently we pay a reduced rate as i'm a student - happy to discuss sharing council tax.
