Normally it’s for single professionals or for students however we may accept couples with little extra rent but we would require references. The deposit works out at the equivalent of one month’s rent in advance.

The house benefits from gas/central heating and is only 5 mins walk to the high street to walk into the city center and bus transportation.
The area also has cafes and shops (including Tesco, Waitrose, Wilkinson, Poundland Iceland etc). However we can only take mature professional people who are clean and tidy as the house is strict on that front, and it's a quite house with no parties or lots of overnight guest.
